Christmas
Order by 3pm on Tuesday 19th December for Evri delivery UK (orders up to £25) and by 3pm on Thursday 21st December for DPD UK (all orders) for arrival before Christmas.
Please note: lead times do not include Channel Islands or remote areas and due to the busy period, are not guaranteed.
We’ll be despatching Evri orders until 3pm Wednesday, and DPD orders until 3pm Thursday. Any order placed after 3pm on 21st December will be despatched on 27th December and will arrive after Christmas.
Our customer service team are available on the phone and through DM, WhatsApp and email until Christmas Eve, and we’ll be off from 25th-26th December.
New Year
Despatches resume as normal from 27th December onwards, until New Year, where delivery and customer services will be taking a break for the New Year on Monday 1st January.
We’ll be back on Tuesday 2nd January, when despatches and customer services via email, WhatsApp and phone will resume as normal. All orders placd after 3pm on Friday 29th December will be despatched the following Tuesday.
