XMAS & NEW YEAR – HOLIDAY DATES
23rd-24th December: Customer services only (NO DESPATCHES)
25th-27th December (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Bank Holiday): CLOSED
28th-30th December: OPEN FOR DESPATCHES ONLY
Orders accumulated over the Christmas will be sent out throughout this period; however, UK Next Working Day delivery will not be available during this period (incl. qualifying free delivery orders, which will be sent with DPD). Cut off time for orders with Evri (up to £25) or DPD (2 Day Tracked) is 3pm. Customer services will be operating reduced hours and reachable by email & WhatsApp only.

NEW UK MAINLAND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Evri Tracked for all UK orders up to £25: £3.99
Lead time: order by 3pm for est. 2 working days for UK mainland and 4 working days for rural/remote areas of the UK
Evri Tracked for all N.I./Scotland/UK Isles orders: £5.99
Lead time: order by 3pm for est. 4 working days delivery to the above locations
DPD Courier for all UK mainland orders over £25: £6.90
Lead time: order by 3pm for 2 working day delivery
Next Working Day delivery with DPD or Royal Mail: available for all UK orders, and FREE for orders with a basket value of £250+: £8.99
Lead time: order by 12pm (wherever stated) or 3pm (wherever stated) for 1 working day delivery (Saturday delivery possible with Royal Mail outside of strike periods)
Due to frequent episodes of industrial action, Royal Mail 2nd and 1st Class Signed For® will be unavailable throughout December 2022.
EU/INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – UPS
We are now utlising UPS alongside DPD as a courier service for customers located in the EU and beyond.
UK NEXT WORKING DAY CUT OFF TIME – 12PM (ROyal Mail Strikes/Weather conditions)
During this time, a revised cut off time of 12pm GMT will be applied on certain days for Next Working Day orders, including the week before Christmas. Throughout applicable periods, UK orders will be despatched with Evri and DPD (Next Working Day).
CHRISTMAS 2022: Holiday Despatch Times
We will be despatching orders as normal, in accordance with our usual 3pm GMT cut off time for same-day despatch (or 12pm where applicable), up to and including Thursday 22nd December. Please note that delays may occur due to the busy seasonal shopping period and on-time delivery is not guaranteed. If you require your order urgently, we recommend allowing an extra 24-48 hours and/or selecting Next Working Day delivery at checkout.

Tuesday 20th December – 10am GMT: last cut off point for Evri (orders up to £25)
Wednesday 21st December – 12pm GMT: last cut off point for DPD Courier 2 Day delivery
Friday 22nd December – 12pm GMT: last cut off point for DPD Courier Next Working Day orders
On time delivery is not guaranteed. Orders placed after these times will be sent out on 28th December and/or will arrive after Christmas.
